Ingredients for Soup Lyon
a neighborhood pumpkin 25 cl of crème fraîche

150 gd'Emmental

30 g butter Potage lyonnais salt pepper

Lyon Soup - A Marcillac (Red, Southwest) Peel the potatoes. Cut into pieces. Melt the butter in a large casserole.
