The dish that I offer is a good winter dish, hearty and tasty. But its great advantage is its simplicity. It is prepared in the blink of an eye. If you happen to have enough time to cook or just do not want to spend hours in the kitchen, this recipe is easy and very good for you!
For 4 people, you will need: 2 onions
2 carrots, 500g of green lentils 4

2 teaspoons of Provence herbs ( a mixture of dried herbs: marjoram, thyme, savor, basil, rosemary, sage, fennel seeds)
1 tablespoon of dried of fresh parsley
