The days, weeks and even the weekends are so crowded now that I have no choice in matters of cuisine, that make it simple. So finished the cakes, pastries and other sweets Swedish ... up to salads, sandwiches and small dishes of what comes to hand.
Lately I've been a real pleasure to re-appropriate the salad Britt-Marie, that she had prepared at the end of November in Stockholm, just before the snow begins to fall (there are some lovely photos here !). I who have otherwise never liked the celery in very small quantities and mixed with other vegetables in a soup, then I fell in love with her salad ... unless it is the beautiful wooden bowl in which it was served we had :-) Whatever it was, I could not help but furrow Stockholm the next day in search of the same bowl . Finally, it is in a shop "second hand", as there is so much that I ended up finding this piece of Swedish design icon 60s. Since I never get tired of eating raw celery!
I accommodated the recipe Britt-Marie my way with some diced feta and black sesame seeds ... but everyone is free to innovate!
