"Pychki" Russian donuts or scented with orange baked

Here's another Russian donuts recipe. These donuts have the distinction of being baked and not fried. They are soft and not too greasy. I used orange juice to give them a taste of orange. To measure the ingredients, take a drink or a cup of 250 ml.
To achieve these fritters, use muffin or individual ramekins.

For 12 donuts, you will need:

2 cups flour 1 cup sugar (I put that half)
1 teaspoon baking powder 1 egg

125 ml of orange juice

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 C.
In a bowl beat egg with sugar, vegetable oil, orange juice. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Mix.

Pour the batter into the moules à muffins à l’aide d’une grosse cuillère.

“Pishki “or oven baked Russian doughnuts with orange flavor

I have already posted a recipe of Russian doughnuts. Those doughnuts were fired in oil but these ones are baked in the oven. That makes a difference. Baked oven doughnuts are not high in fat. Moreover I reduced the required quantity of sugar: I used only ½ cup of sugar instead of 1 cup. They turned out fluffy and light.
These doughnuts are great for breakfast. You can also bake these doughnuts on weekends and enjoy the leftovers for grab-and-go weekday. They keep very well in the fridge for about a week.

Makes 12 doughnuts:
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
10 gr of baking powder
1 egg
5 tablespoons of vegetable olive
Pinch of salt
½ cup =125 ml of orange juice
How to make them:

Preheat oven to 200 C.
In a bowl beat egg with sugar, vegetable oil, orange juice. Stir in flour and baking powder. Add salt.
Fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full.
Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes slightly golden or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Serve with honey or heavy cream.
